    Haymich you're old you dont get it. You can scroll by a 200 tweets in a 10 minutes. It's a place to get news about everything and anything.

    Correct me if I’m wrong, but verified accounts are the blue check. Most ppl are limited by the 600 limit. And that’s just ridiculous for scrolling.

    edit: limit got raised to 1k.

    edit, edit: Elon was lying about the reason…lulz. h/t to dreamshook. It sure wasn’t making sense to me, because that’s controllable via the API licensing, which regular users don’t need.
