Way better then Russ. I don’t have to worry about dumb turnovers or silly shot selection with this guy.

Exactly. Where Paul is a better shooter Wall is better finishing at rim. He will open up long range opportunities for Harden

That being said Paul's defensive leadership is a unique trait that really isnt matched by anyone

I'm just messing around. I know you're not anti-Rockets wins or anything stupid like that. I wouldn't call the Kings a scrub team though.. they've beat Denver twice and Phoenix once and played us twice. They're .500 against three likely playoff teams which tells me that they might be in the playoffs this year. They're not contenders, but that team isn't rolling over anymore.

Hield, Bagley, Holmes, Haliburton, Fox, Barnes and ahem Justin James.. those are legit NBA starters. Okay, maybe not Justin James but Roc Paint would likely tear the roof off of this place if we don't put him in there. I bet they're 7th or 8th seed this year.

    Phoenix
    Clippers
    Lakers
    Jazz
    Rockets
    Denver
    Mavs
    Kings
(in case you're wondering who I think makes it based on our early start and think I'm mad for saying Kings are playoff bound but Portland might bump them.. or Grizz)

Nate Duncan (not mainstream) has been saying we won the Wall trade since the first preseason game that Wall played in.

Washington's 1st round pick to Houston protected for selections 1-14 in 2023, 1-12 in 2024, 1-10 in 2025 and 1-8 in 2026; if Washington has not conveyed a 1st round pick to Houston by 2026, then Washington will instead convey its 2026 2nd round pick and 2027 2nd round pick to Houston.

I don't see how we get this pick. Washington is gonna be awful for many years.

Was joking last game that maybe we should build to beat the kings lol, forget the lakers. If kings add a few more pieces they'll be really good. Fox is tall for a point guard, has long arms and is super quick! Like your thinking ok "How am I going to defend this?" , and he is already at the rim. Hield is lights out. Would love to have him in a Rockets jersey.

    Paul brings Suns to Top
    Russ brings Washington to Bottom

Wall should be better than Russ. If we get a good small forward like Ariza, Houston is not weaker than the Cp3 way era Houston.

Yeah it will be a long shot. Our best hope is to get it in 2025 or 2026.

He basically brings everything Westbrook does, without the drawbacks. He's Westbrook with a brain.

I always liked the move because I f**king hate Westbrook, but the concern with his ability was obviously there. But he looks great physically

Better hope they get a new coach and new gm by then that actually knows what they are doing. Cuz once Beal demands a trade they literally have nothing.

Did he do his training with a witch doctor in Germany? Amazed that he looks just as fast and quick to the basket. Not many can defeat Achilles: Dominique Wilkins, Demeco Ryan's, the Orlando Bloom dude and now Durant and Wall!

THIS...I also find myself thinking it would be even better to proceed without Harden although i love his game and consider him on goat level...

The team will eventually collapse without him.
