I just don’t think Simmons is or will develop into that player. I understand why you’re all for it though.

We have Wood, KPJ, Green, Sengun and Garuba who can become all star caliber players, which is the minimum standard (aka Simmons’ ceiling). We need a couple more and since we have a clean slate and time to spare, I’d rather just wait. We have one or two years easily.

did you also think yanis wont develop into that player?
especially when he failed repeatedly in the playoffs?

i think you suffer from procrastionation syndrom as a fan...you have no power to face reality its too hard and winning seems alos impossible whatever you do...so you rather project into future and delay it all thinking in the future all those things will somehow be resolved.. average players will magically develop and become allstars and we will draft next lebron or something.....well realistically it wont happen...its a delusion...there is no shortcuts to success.....you cant tank your way around hard work and dedication... and you still may not do it but its worth a try... so why not give it a try right now?

Ok, just zero interest in this debate which you seem to enjoy often with many posters and for some reason devolved into an opinion of why my opinion is not your opinion. Confusing.

That’s a waste of time in life. Let’s discuss things that we’re not at a dead end on.
