Did you just try to turn Alperen Sengun into Juan Seguin? I would love for him to become a full fledged Texan, but I'm not sure he needs to fight at the Alamo.

 

Always found it fascinating how some players can shoot the lights out in practice and then plummet back down to earth during the actual games. Hell even Dwert with his free throws in practice vs games.

Juan Seguin didn’t actually fight during the Siege of the Alamo so it’s all good. He’s a winner… he was kicking ass at San Jacinto!

 

He was there for the siege. I'd assume there was some fighting. He was then chosen to break through the Mexican army and deliver a message so he wasn't present for the final battle. He returned with reinforcements, but it was too late. Anyhow, that's close enough to fighting at the Alamo for me!

john wall better teach jalen how to play angry. like having a real chip on his shoulder (not the im not the no1 pick BS). his personality is too laid back, could be one of the reasons why he is not getting any fouls. other than on dunks, he always goes for the finesse finish. i want him to take it to the hole man-STRONG

 

I imagine he fired shots from the Alamo but I think historians define the battle and the siege differently. I think they say Santa Anna attacked the Alamo from 360 degrees during the Siege so I would think Seguin left before that got underway but I wasn’t there that day to confirm. Hopefully Sengun will never know what it was like that day or what it’s like to pee on the Alamo either. I guess if the court got stormed for a championship celebration that might be a little bit similar? You know like people charging in from all angles. Different conclusions for the people involved but the siege of the Yota center is something I have dreamed about for many a year.
