Starks was a great defender. He was not a great scorer. He was a lot like vernon maxwell. Streaky, emotional, athletic as all get out. Unstable at times. Shot an overall low percentage. He played great defense and hustled his ass off.
Stop disrespecting John Starks. It's impressive what he did after the Lannisters, Freys and Boltons did to his family.
Starks was Mr 4th quarter that playoffs and was a focal point of the offense. Ariza is a role player. Terrible performamce by Ariza but nowhere the same level as Starks imo
