I hear he has over $6 million dollars in unpaid gambling debts. Apparently some of the gambled money was siphoned from his election campaign funds.

    This could be breaking news.

    Stay tuned...

Maybe not. You know how many Keno bars there are up here in Omaha? Not exactly a blue state.

I'm not at all shocked to hear that Congressmen or Senators have bad, self-destructive habits. These are well-known, powerful alpha-males who have genuinely stressful, combative and high-profile jobs they have to reapply for every two or four years, and who spend most of the year living miles away from "home."

Man, if I was married to a cash cow like Cindy, I'd be in Vegas every weekend. Nothing like nine figures in the bank to give you a reason to go out and spend some cash and have a good time.

Gambling, like most other things, is not inherently bad nor self destructive.

    I reported this post.

j/k. It made my day, and I will forever look to correct your grammar now, hoping for another such picture.

Exactly. At least he's not dumping money into the penny slots at a Lake Charles casino while simultaneously smoking a cigarette and breathing in from an oxygen tank

    But yeah, nonissue

That's a fair assertion; change "bad" and "self-destructive" to "possibly risky" and "self-indulgent."
