not a very hard guess. Hopefully they are working the phones to Convince the team Silas will be nice just like Lucas and Luc can stick around and chill too.

    This is prolly happening.

Wish we had one player who could vouch for Silas on the rockets.

    Is there anybody?

Morey loved him 4 years ago.

Hope that reference plus Silas helping lead Mavs to most efficient offense in NBA history counts for something.

Silas "loses" the job again, he won't be interviewing in 2024. ;)
He may have a head job by then anyways.

Typical Tilman... for restaurant managers he specifically wanted internal growth to mitigate cost for external candidates... so we had Managers making less thank 40k per year in a lot of cases. Externals salaries were much higher

Now here we are with the Internal Rockets... SMH. Silas please with Lucas staying of course if this is all we have as options. This is why Morey is playing chess, smart move Morey.

    Tilman is a genius.

no disrespect. John Lucas is a good man.
but we ain't gonna win shiit with him as our head coach.
we need a tactical coach who can draw up plays in the playoffs.

Silas is the X's and O's guy.

Hiring Silas means Rockets keep BOTH Silas and Lucas.

Hope Tilly can see the advantage in this.

If not on the court then in the ledger.

    Even better than LTS!!!!

Yeah, but the players want Lucas to run the show for whatever reason. Otherwise, hell, Lucas would still be there with Silas or whomever running the show. Apparently they want Lucas actually doing the running for whatever reason.

Not even close... Lucas will be as good as current-day JB Bickerstaff.
