Embiid is putting on an absolute show right now. Insane. Wiggins looks very good too. Already a lockdown defender.

I had Embiid at #1 about almost a month ago in my rankings thread

    *toots horn*

Seriously though, the guy is unbelievable, and at both ends. You can't say the same about any of the other top guys. And then factor in the fact that he's a C.

Add to the fact he's only been playing for 2-3 years.. It's pretty scary how good he can be

Jabari Parker has been coming back down to earth hard. Hasn't looked good these last couple weeks.

Embiid might be looking like the top dude right now.

He was great tonight against Iowa State. I still think it's a toss up between him and Parker depending on what your team needed.

Top 3 pick IMO. Excellent footwork, shot blocking and post moves. Wiggins getting by on hype to me but this guy is impacting both sides of the floor. Only big i see in college bball that commands a doubleteam

I grouped the top 3 together for some time, but I might have Embiid on his own tier now. By tiers:

    Tier 1 (True Franchise Players)
    Embiid [C]

    Tier 2 (Potential Superstars)
    Wiggins [SF]; Parker [SF]

    Tier 3 (Potential All-Stars)
Randle [PF]; Smart [PG/SG]; Exum [SG/PG]

    (gap)

    Tier 4 (High-Level Starters)
Vonleh [PF]; LaVine [SG]; Hood [SF]; Gordon [PF/SF]; Saric [PF]

    Tier 5 (Core Players)
J.Young [SG]; Cauley-Stein [C]; Harrell [PF]; Selden [SG]; Grant [SF/PF]

    Tier 6 (Solid Starters/Key Backups)
Warren [SF]; Payne [C/PF]; G.Harris [SG]; McDermott [SF/PF]; Hezonja [SG/SF]; Robinson III [SF]

    Tier 7 (Rotation Players)
Carson [PG]; Nurkic [C]; Dinwiddie [SG]; J.Adams [SG]; Dekker [SF]; Aa.Harrison [SG]

Embiid reminds me of Al Jefferson pre ACL tear. Who was as close to Dream as there has been since he has retired.

This dudes a stud I'm so sold on him being the most dominant center since Shaq. I haven't seen a guy that big do those moves with that touch around the hoop and away from it since a young kevin garnet, the difference is this guys gonna end of being 7 ft 300 lbs. he's that once in a generation center that you never see. His athletic ability and how fluid his body moves is extraordinary. This guy is like the Lebrons Durants the can't miss once in your lifetime talents. He can most certainly go down as a top 10 player of all time he has a chance to stand out in a major way in the modern nba do things no centers been able to do since Shaq and that's score more and rebound more than the entire league but this guy can be a prowess on defense. I'm completely sold

If I was a gm id trade every player but Lebron, Durant and the H&H combo we got for him right now. I'd seriously think long and hard about trading Howard for him straight up if I was morey.
