Embiid is one of the most overrated players in NBA.
He did not deserve MVP, but stolen from Jokic and given to Embiid.. Because there is still unreasonable hate for Jokic, the man is world's best player and his MVP award.was stolen- now they again want to steal from him and give it to SGA, Who is great player, but can never have Jokic gravity.
    So Embiid:
He is the guy of empty scores, no success in anything and injury prone..
Everyone is hyping about him and where 76ers??? Where is Embiid?
Injury prone does not explain whole, l dont remember when he played..
And you want this garbage in our team?
I can not decide do you make joke or do you really say it?
Words can not describe my thoughts..
If they give him free, why not? Another substitute for Alpi next to Adams..

    2 Years
The Rockets need to have their young players as contenders in 2 years
If they not by then . . .. we have a problem

I have no wish to watch 33 yr old Embiid trying to run with our young greyhounds
KD and Harden will have moved on by then

This sounds more like a fantasy than a theory

True we’ve had enough injured superstars for a lifetime with Ralph, Yao and Tmac

Oh no Joel’s injured again, have to play Amen, Jalen, Sengun, Jabari, Tari, Reed, Cam, and the Suns pick now this sucks.

    nah fam, this ain’t it

Embiid is a damaged product with expired warranty

u can’t do nothing all regular season and then expect to be productive in the playoffs, that’s a NBA 2k thought process…a major player being in and out of the lineup so much affects chemistry

Maybe not, I’m just making the case it’s vaguely intriguing.

It is intriguing, and then you remember this guy never stays healthy and we've been there with Yao and Tmac.

    We good!

Theory in the sense that “he’s too injury prone, you lose the trade, it’s a terrible contract” could all be true and yet the roster left over is just good enough at the right time for it not to matter.

Yes if we can get any of those while keeping
Jalen, Sengun, Jabari, Tari, Amen, Cam, Reed, and all the Suns picks we should consider it.

Yeah, I'm not saying he's a great GM; I'm saying he's notorious for wanting WAY more for his prized stars than their actual value. (CP3 was the exception, but it's well-established that Fertitta forced that trade.)

No thank you. Dude is about to have the worst contract in sports in the next couple of years.

Absolutely do not take Embiid, that contract has negative value. We would need to get back Maxey if taking on Embiid. You are talking about a player that potentially is going to retire this summer, he is done. At a certain point it is not worth not being able to walk without pain the rest of your life by continually straining your body.
