And what makes it worse is that Holness is denying it blatantly in the face of the evidence. Man, how low do you have to stoop to steal Bill Cosby's jokes? And his delivery was absolutely horrible.
I'm not defending Mencia I think he's lame, but i've heard that Cosby 'Mom' joke done a million times by different comedians. Well actually - Mencia probably did steal it he just didn't realize that he actually stole it from Cosby.
I just find it extremely funny that his real name is Ned, and that he portraits himself as a mexican when hes not. And like someone else said, Mencia has probably been a douche bag way before this whole thing happened. Its just now in the light for everyone to see.
Imagine if I (a Christian) changed my name to Walt Reubenstein and went on stage trying to pass myself off as a jew, spoke with a bit of a Yiddish or Jewish accent, and made a career built from jokes about jews. That's probably about the equivalent of what Mencia has done.

His timing is one thing, I'll give Mencia that, but his delivery which is basically shouting at the top of his ****ing lungs is r****ded. Come to think of it, he stole that **** from Kinison. Andrew Dice Clay looks like Lenny Bruce compared to this freakin moron.
I disagree, of course timing and delivery are important, and can make a funny comedian even funnier, but those things can be improved with practice. Stealing jokes pretty much means he's a hack. Sure I could read through a Seinfeld bit, but I also don't get paid by people comming to see me deliver it. He's pretty much lying to his audience and its a cardianal sin in the comedic world. Comming up with an hours worth of material takes years. Stealing it is weak and Rogan just called him out on it. Rogan might be a little jealous, but if you worked with someone who got a promotion after stealing a presentation that you put together, you'd be jealous and pissed too.
i've never really considered how funny/unfunny rogan is. as far as i'm concerned, it's irrelevant. hell, even the fact that Holness steals jokes is irrelevant. what is relevant is that after watching the genius that is south park, leaving the channel on comedy central and wondering "who the f*ck is this annoying dude that thinks yelling his jokes and offending people (and trying way too hard at it) is funny? and who are these idots in the audience that are actually laughing at this? and why the hell is this on comedy central?" totally kills any residual south park high you might have going. a subsequent google search on "mencia sucks" led me to discover his and rogan's feud. but you really don't even need to know his history of joke stealing to know that holness sucks. just (accidentally) watch mencia/holness's show and see it with your own eyes. i could steal t-mac's shoes, but of course it wouldn't make me a better player in any way shape or form that's how i see his joke stealing.
