    It's not his name, it's englishing it up for people who refuse to learn other people's names. It's disrespectful and because it applies to culture, heritage, is both derogatory and discriminatory.

    The man's name isn't Joe. That isn't how it's pronounced or spelled. Hell, "joe chee" isn't even an abbreviated version, it's a letter longer anyway.

    Zhou Qi. Come on folks. Say it right, spell it right. Because you can.
