I don't doubt her story but I know in my profession we can't hire fast enough. Just today I had to turn down a project because we can't hire help.. On top of that I keep on getting emails from Linked in for job offers. Anyway that article did say that she got her job and is earning twice the salary. Based upon the timing and date of the article it sounds like she quit her previous job during the last presidency and got a new job (at more than her previous salary) recently under the current presidency. In other words her own story supports that jobs are coming back under the current president and that her problems likely had to do with that she had changed careers and was starting out as someone with no experience in the field that she was entering.

This country has never healed from the post WW2 red scare tactics from the likes of Mcarthy, Roy Cohn and Phyllis Schlafly. Those people are the closest you can get to abject evil. It's amazing how single individuals like those can cause so much irreparable harm to an entire nation for decades to come.
I would say her run for the nomination. But it did get her the VP slot. So it was successful in some ways. She isn't my favorite for sure. But I don't have the rabid disproportionate hatred others do.
I sincerely don't know why she is more hated than your average politician like Lindsey Graham or Chuck Schumer. Like it baffles my mind. She is not my favorite either but I put her in the same bin as like 90% of DC politicians, not some evil outlier. I sincerely don't understand it @King1
