Even the Fox-owned, conservative leaning, WSJ, is corroborating. Bidenomics Is Working for the Middle Class

Austin is a 4 star General who's fought on the front lines of multiple wars while you create a new username cuz you couldn't afford a 50 dollar wager. What a pathetic piece of turd you are
When was the last time we have a 4 star general secretary of defense who’s MIA because of his personal surgery? Keep on licking Brandon’s soiled adult diapers, maybe where you came from it is considered a delicacy.
Which is why it's a huge and surprising mistake. As a US Secretary of anything, you cannot simply disappear for days without informing the White House and other important parties.
jesus christ thats the worst? How you going be in debt to @Clutch and then just make another username and continue using the service. Jesus thats ****ed up
One thing the military does well is overlap of duties. Unless the entire Joint Chiefs were also hospitalized, along with the the Deputy SecDefs...I think that US security was just fine during his absence. That being said, and I don't know the whole story, but the seeming lack of internal communication is weird.
It's almost always fine, but you can't just go AWOL in that position. I don't blame him, as it sounds like there was an emergency, but either the DoD procedure is broken here, or someone didn't follow it. Pentagon offers new details in Austin's secretive hospitalization (msn.com) The Department of Defense's press secretary apologized Monday for not being more transparent about information regarding Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin's recent hospitalization -- which the White House learned about three days after he was hospitalized for complications resulting from what was characterized as "a minor, elective procedure." Austin had an elective procedure on Dec. 22 and then went home the next day; however, on Jan. 1, "he began experiencing severe pain and was transported" back to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, said Maj. Gen. Pat Ryder, the Department of Defense press secretary. Ryder said he was informed about Austin's hospitalization on Tuesday, Jan. 2. The White House learned about it on Thursday night; Congress was first notified hospitalization on Friday afternoon -- shortly before it was made public in a Pentagon news release.
Congress announces tax deal to expand child tax credit and revive breaks for businesses Senior lawmakers in Congress announced a bipartisan deal Tuesday to expand the child tax credit and provide a series of tax breaks for businesses. The agreement between House Ways and Means Chair Jason Smith, R-Mo., and Senate Finance Chair Ron Wyden, D-Ore., caps months of negotiating and pursuing common ground in the divided Congress. “American families will benefit from this bipartisan agreement that provides greater tax relief, strengthens Main Street businesses, boosts our competitiveness with China, and creates jobs," Smith said in a statement. "We even provide disaster relief and cut red tape for small businesses, while ending a COVID-era program that’s costing taxpayers billions in fraud." how this compromise, sausage-making, was reached Democrats had demanded a larger child tax credit after an earlier version they passed for less than one year expired, causing child poverty to fall and then rise again after it lapsed. The new agreement would provide smaller benefits than the monthly payments under the American Rescue Plan. Republicans were motivated to revive some expired portions of the 2017 Trump tax cuts for businesses. The deal includes expensing for research and experimental costs, restoration of an earlier interest deduction, an expansion of small-business expensing and an extension of bonus depreciation, according to a section-by-section summary released by the Ways and Means Committee.
