How is 8M tough to swallow when Tate barely plays and gets 7M? 8M is cheap for a quality backup center. Naz Reid makes 20M coming off the bench. Adams makes 12M, Landale makes 8M you basically pay the same for your backups except you get 2 guys instead of 1.
I'm guessing the injuries really set him back. On current trajectory we should have him posting quadruple doubles by season end.
