I’m telling y’all. Landale will be big for us. Locking him up for 4 yr non-guaranteed is huge. Perfect guy to rotate with Sengun.

I mean he badly outplayed Ayton in the playoffs, ayton was benched for him and if they made the switch sooner maybe the Suns would have went further. Also why it’s such a head scratcher why some people still want Ayton here.

Rotate? We need a defensive center who can alter shots not another offense center. Trade bait mid season. He is a 3rd center on a good team

No….he did not out play Ayton. Ayton gave up because of his coach and the Star players kept yelling at him….Ayton just wants a contract

He played almost 20 minutes a game against Denver in the playoffs with a great +\-. But sure, whatever you say.

So you're saying Ayton played worse than Landale? But for reasons other than Landale outplaying him?

By the way, where is this crap coming from that Landale is a pure “offensive” center?

He’s a great backup who will hustle and throw his body around. Good contract too

Let's go! People are going to be triggered if he wins the starting position.

Ayton sucked. He hated the coach and stop playing for him in the series so he faked a injury. Guy we have the piece to be a top 10-15 defense….FVV, AMEN(top of the defense) BROOKS, TARI AND JABARI(on the perimeter) and we need a rim protector. I do not trust Jabari being a rim protector…MoBamba?

People say Stone should be fired? Dillion Brooks signing? NO. Trading the 1st round picks? NO. Not getting shooters? NO. Having the opportunity to get a rim protector but instead getting another offense center? He should be on the hot seat…maybe at the trade deadline….he wasted 8 million

I don't know anything about Landale, but after reading up on him, he seems like another player with an underdog mentality that the Rockets are adding to the roster.

Fit and talent is of course important, but impact on team culture seems to be a big part of the decision-making, as well.

I hope I’m wrong but I don’t expect him on the roster a year from now.

This guy is smart, knows the type of system we'll run, all hustle, so quick to the rim, quick decision maker and looks like he has a respectable 3pt shot. He will be fun to watch.
