The guy has been traded repeatedly,having played for 11 teams.What I see in JJ is a guy that was drafted high,has talent,but never was able to fit into a winning halfcourt system.JJ looked good in the guard oriented offense,but his true colors on the floor were exposed.JJ loves to force shots,cannot handle the ball,and is not a good defensive player. Yes,It's a business,and JJ has made plenty of cash during his career doing it his way.Well,his way is not about titles.It's about getting paid for his skills.Live with it JJ. JJ not reporting is unprofessional, no matter how you spin it. You have a contract. You report to work. That said, I can see why he is so pissed. I'd be pissed in that situation. It's just very very disappointing to think that you finally "found a home" and then got dealt to the worst team in the league just like that. And someone has pointed out that moving him TOGETHER with Boki implies that he is a lesser player than Wesley--either that or he is a victim of a JVG-Boki problem that has nothing to do with him, as Clutch's article claims.

Agreed. And I am not taking a shot at Wesley either. I hope he succeeds here in Houston. But the reality is that N.O. did a "salary dump" with Wesley. Plus they wanted to open up more time for their 1st round pick, JR Smith, at the SG position. It was a calculated move all the way. We wanted to trade Nachbar and wanted Wesley as another guard for our team. Salaries didnt match. So we threw in JJ. JJ doesnt make sense for N.O. Nachbar does.

But I don't understand. We all know that JVG is a horrible coach, he berates his players, sucks the joy out of the game and beats his players with a big pain stick. Les is a cheap b*stard who would rather make a profit than win. And CD is a blithering idiot who has no idea how to make a trade or what the fair value of a player is.
