Actually, their numbers are almost identical from three:

    Wesley - this season: 35 career: 37
    Jackson - this season: 36 career: 37

I agree. I dont understand this move AT ALL! Is Wesley that much of an upgrade over JJ? Serioulsy! This looks like a "trade just to make a trade" to me. I dont see any benefits here.

Barry for Lue made sense. This doesnt.

Wesley is 6-1! He is a small SG. That means Tmac has to play SF exclusively!

I am a JJ fan and hate to see him go. If he was going to go I wish it would have been for a deal that would have brought more than David Wesley!

Well, at least JJ had a nice send off last night. season high 21 points. :) :(

I dont care about Nachbar leaving, he wasnt really adding anything to the team but whats the point of trading SF - JJ for G - Wesley?

Both are averaging 13.3 pts per game this season
Rebounds and assists are similar and JJ's FG % is higher

I know.... but it has more to do with the saleries of JJ and Boki combined to match Wesley's.

moving TMAC to teh 3 will really hurt our rebounding.. We were able to "make up" teh difference of our PFs through Sura and TMAC in the backcourt.

We are gonna get slaughtered out there with Yao (9), Howard (5), TMAC (6), Sura (5) adn Wesley (3)...

JVG better not show his face in public, becuase i garauntee you that every Rocket fan hates his gut. He really needs to quit, the moves he is making are frusterating me to a point that I dont even watch games anymore. He is a A-HOLE. Thanks for killing the Rockets JVG. THANKS

I am trying to stay optimistic..and hopefully we get a better guy in the frontcourt with Yao. I'm glad Dikembe's still here! :D Hopefully we make the playoffs

They are saying on 610 that sura and wesley will be the primary ball handlers now. Wesley is a good ball handler and will probably backup Sura and tmac gets backed up by Barry.

Lol at Marc Van... They just refuse to get younger dont they

Wesley is averaging 4.2 assists this season. He has a 2 to 1 turnover/assist ratio.

I think Wesley may get a lot of time at the PG position in the half-court. Barry will get a lot of time at the SG position with this trade since Barry is 6'5''. TMac will start at the 3.

610 is now talking about how JJ goes to a new team every couple of years.. Calling him a Nomad but they are wondering if their are things behind the scenes with him that is not talked about.
