Its not like DD is very durable anyways. He always got some kind of little injury. Bush is the best player so they should draft him. They can use him in so many ways, as a running back, wideout, kick returner, punt returner. This draft has a lot of solid O-lineman but no one stud. The Ferguson kid from Virgina is maybe the best one.

he worth maybe a 2nd or 3rd round draft pick.
I could definately see him spending rounds 2~6 on linemen
    Defensive and Offensive

DD and Bradford may be gone
    one traded the other cut

The only way that JJ would draft Bush is if we traded down the #1 and picked up a LT in the trade along with somebody's #3 pick to draft Bush. JJ would load this team up on offensive lineman. Remember those great Dallas lines? That's why Smith ran for 17000 yards. Smith was not rated real high coming out of college. Everybody thought he was too small.

There's a better chance me turning into a 7'6" Chinese guy than Jimmy Johnson coming back to coaching...

D'Brickshaw Ferguson is a stud and would be worth a top 3 pick. He would have been a top 10 pick last season if he had come out early, I can only imagine how much stronger and smarter he has gotten in the mean time.

I look at what Pace and Walter Jones have done, these are franchise type players, I think Ferguson could be one of those type of players.

He's not even the best running back on his team.

No. But the best "player" as stated.

Doesn't matter if that "best player" doesn't help you address your needs. We need to fix that line. That is the #1 priority. If there are questions about his durability, getting killed because our O-line can't open any holes for him is not a good thing.

Not sure what to say as JJ would be a great motivator/talker, however, until we address the Oline, its moot...However, JJ can draft and that should help us, but I bet to get rid of the crap, it'll still take 2-3 years...

I dont see it, I think JJ is past his prime. When he coached the Dolphins the fire that he had with the Cowboys wasnt there, and his draft picks were not that great. I am a huge Dolphin fan and was excited when he came to coach, but I think he likes his life down in the Keys and spending Sunday second guessing everyone.
