    Morey always get assets for the Rockets every season. There is a team up north and one west of Houston that don't get much traffic news as we do. I don't care if we strike out for Butler. All I know is that Morey brings'em every season.

    No, LA is doing wonders for LA.

    Lebron went there for business opportunities and then Davis crapped on his team and city for a year to force himself there for business opportunities.

    Gordon is almost as valuable as Butler. Costs less, too. To lose him, Capela, and Tucker just to get Butler is stupid. Color me happy he wants to go to Miami.

    LA does wonders for LA. The Laker FO is a dumpster fire, but none of that maters because LA. The Lakers don't even know the rules and everything works out because LA. The Lakers were bad way too long with the amount of help they get from other teams and the NBA.

    No he isn't. He's just reaping the benefit of being the GM of the most storied franchise in the most desirable market in the NBA. Put that dude in any other market and let's see how he does. Hell, put that dude on the Clippers and let's see how he does. He's awful. He screwed that Anthony Davis trade all up and had to get bailed out by Anthony Davis waiving his 4 million trade kicker and the trade to Washington to dump salary to get the max slot he thought he had but didn't because he didn't pay attention to the details like what date the trade could be finalized. Hell, we're talking about a dude who traded away D'Angelo Russell to free up the cap space to potentially sign D'Angelo Russell.

    If Morey was the GM in LA my guess is he'd be sitting on at least a couple rings. But he has to find another road. The Spurs have accomplished what they have without major free agent signings or superstars demanding trades to their squad. Morey has to go that route. We're a bigger and more desirable market than San Antonio but we'll never be LA, NY or even Miami. That's beyond Morey's control.
