So what's your evidence for this?

So what's your evidence against this? My statement was made based on observations, history of how star players were handled by Harden( CP3, Dwight Howard), that Jimmy Butler, Lebron James didn't want to come...that Rockets cannot attract any good free agents lately, the most important not many star players would like to embrace the role of spectator to see JH dribble for 20 sec....or his lack of movement at offence when ball is not in his hand.

So, your evidence against star players not wanting to play here involves the star players that ended up playing here, with Harden?

    Interesting.

Cp3 didnt want to leave. Dwight Howard was trash everywhere he left after Houston. And no matter what Lebron was going to LA. Jimmy Butler wanted his own team and wanted to be in Miami. It's not like Houston is this hot spot for Free Agency even before Harden.

Building on this, I thought it was almost universally acknowledged that young rich dudes would rather live in LA, Miami, or NYC. It's always an uphill battle for GMs in other cities. Sadly, the way the other non-glam cities seem to be set up for relative success moving forward is through stars they drafted, or players they've spent a lot of time developing. Which we don't seem to do.

It really sucks watching LA be the crappy organization that its turned into and they can still end up getting Lebron and AD because of LA.

Well, if it makes you feel any better the Warriors had an awful year, have the 2nd pick, will be healthy and even better next year. So they might just be back to winning championships again...

Good catch. That’s one, and that team had the benefit on a young trio before the mega deals came.

If we had Tyler Herro, would he be playing this great?

Most would say he would have thrived here but I’m saying he would not have excelled under Harden’s wing like he has under Jimmy’s.

That play where Jimmy was posting up and hit him off of a beautiful cut...I don't think things like that could happen. They keep Herro moving in their offense, we don't have movement in our offense.

Gee I really wish Morey didn’t trade picks for cap relief. Guys like Herro are available to be had.
