Morey will definitely max him, the problem is he can't since the Rockets like the Heat, need Philly to agree to actually pull it off. Any team with cap space that CAN and WILL offer him the max contract will get him IMO. Shelburn and Windhorst are both reporting that they believe the Sixers have NOT presented Butler with either the 4 or 5 year max. IMO this is Butler applying pressure to the Sixers, dude wants his max.
