Daryl Morey doesn’t give a **** if the Rockets are on the list... he is a river boat gambler, he would trade for him regardless.

Of course Hollywood Butler wants the largest market. He thinks he is an elite superstar.

This has been known around the league for over a year. Butler wasn’t staying in Minnesota and intends to become a major media star. The Bulls knew he wouldn’t resign.

Hopefully we can pull an OKC and swoop in with a last minute deal, his list be damned.

Butler is trying to get that major market money. Can definitely understand that, especially since he missed out on the big spike.

    He wants the attention.

It isn’t about winning first, it isn’t about money first and it isn’t about fit.

He wants to be a cultural icon/star.

He told Chicago years ago he wouldn’t resign.... Minnesota knew there was a real chance he would leave.

The short list can actually work for the Rockets because it will scare some teams away, and Brooklyn and LAC will possibly offer less knowing they can sign him.

Butler can blame KAT all he wants, but it is an excuse... the teams he wants to be traded to are not good.

    Icon/Star = Big money.

Jimmy is out trying to "secure the bag" lol. Can't hate that tbh. Don't think this will deter Morey though.

Nets have more to offer than the Knicks and have more incentive than the Clips to offer a big package. If an Eastern conference team gives up a bunch of assets for Jimmy Butler; they're an instant competitor in a weak conference. If the Clips offer a big haul; they're still no better than Houston, Golden State, OKC, Utah, and New Orleans. The only way I see the Clippers outbidding the Nets is if they think Kawhi is on the way; but of course the Nets may think that too

I call BS on this. zeeshan, be careful about posting fake news from the Internet. That comment is from a no one.

Why don't you listen to the ESPN podcast linked there, and see if Wolfson actually says that, or not, or just speculation. It is completely contrary to another report from a Verified Minny Athletic Reporter who is running the story with Shams....they say this has nothing to do with KAT or WIggins.

Be careful, please. That Reddit guy earlier seems to made up a comment by the Minny radio host.

Here's the Wolfson podcast, and no comments in the twitter thread about what Key Sang claims.
