If they give us Deron Williams, I am willing to give them Daryl Morey himself.

Adelman is also available this summer. I think he might be trying to assume Laker's Head Coach as well. Sloan probably wins the battle hands down.

It's all falling apart, first boozer, then sloan, finally Deron Willaims. Maybe we can snag him and Jefferson? I'm actually kind of sad. The Jazz could very well be a bottom feeder for a while now without Sloan holding it together. No more rivalry talk for a while. I'm kind of...sad this team was actually fun to watch(and root against) :p .

Sloan and Mubarak stepping down at the same time? Coincidence?

It never works out when a player calls the shots ...especially a minority in a majority area....You dont see Ming sayin "Its either Me or Adelman"..Although he could and no one would be pissed..

    Get it done Morey

Sign Sloan as a small forward, you know how we need those right now. His experience will surely be a positive influence on the younger guys.

From what I read, it's just the one dude who keeps commenting. It seems that the majority of fans are sad about this and wanted to keep Sloan instead of DWill.

I know a franchise player is heralded above everything, but I'm still a little surprised they would pick him over a 23-year-tenured franchise coach. Deron is as good as gone next summer, and they won't be able to build a contender in just one summer to get him to stay. Kinda crazy that their front office would let things go down like this with a coach that's highly revered.

    Um...er...

Sloan's first conversation would be with Scola (if he's still here by the time such a signing would occur):

Sloan: "You!" Pointing finger at Scola's chest. "You're a hell of a flopper. (pause) I admire that. (bigger pause) But I will make you so much more. Comprende, amigo?"

Scola: "Teach me, O Great One."

Sorry, still getting the hang of posting. I was referring to MadRox's post that dealt with Jazz fans on the RealGM site. I'm pretty sure DD is still a Rockets fan.

    Again, apologies for the confusion.

Awful decision by the Jazz. Jerry Sloan IS the Jazz.

    They won't recover from this.

Sad day for the NBA, the Jazz are no longer the Jazz.

Sign Jerry Sloan as head defensive coach.

Titans dump Fisher, Jazz dump Sloan.

Here's to hoping our two chief rivals suck ass for 15+ years.
