hahha, i think you mis-read my post. I hate them too.. which is the reason i wouldn't root for the Jazz :)

They're the least deserving of a championship IMO.

And as much i hate Derek Fisher as well, for the fans to BOO him because his daughter had eye-cancer? REALLY? Stay Classy UTAH!

Utah stays competitive because of Jerry Sloan. They draft well, and get the most out of their players. He runs a great system. They haven't won a championship yet because they haven't had favorable match ups in the playoffs, nor have they had enough talent to put them over the top. I hate to say it, but they are definitely further along than we are.

He's a good coach. If having a ring is the only qualification to being a "good coach" then there are what 3 or maybe 4 "good coaches" in the entire league right now. Considering the Lakers, Spurs, Pistons, Rockets, and Bulls have all won multiple rings in the last 20 years, that doesn't leave much room for any other "good coaches". Considering Sloan has taken his teams into the playoffs for 20 out of 24 years now without the aid of a high profile market to attract good role players and stars and mostly without excessive payroll - I would say that is a feat only a couple of coaches could pull off - maybe not even Phil Jackson who has his strengths but has never coached on the NBA level without some mix of the best resources in terms of player talent and money.

...by the way, you seriously need to polish up on your writing skills. It took me 3 or 4 tries to make sense of what in the hell you were saying.

Successful but dirty coach that pushes a dirty system that enjoys the dirtiest home court calls.

What? I don't think anyone would boo fisher because his daughter had cancer. That doesn't even make sense.

Sorry, total fail on my wording...

He got booed because he left Utah to go to LA to get the proper medical attention for his daughter's condition.

I don't think he's had great players at all. Stockton-Malone were multiple all star guys but they played in MJ/Hakeem era.

D-Will is pretty good but both Al Jefferson and Boozer are both inept defensively. I'd put him around RA's level...really good but below Pops and PJ.

One of the greatest coaches to ever do it. I have a ton of respect for Jerry Sloan.
