i doubt it. amare will be closer to a mdyess talent player without the injury and Hilario will be a 18-12 guy at best IMO.

Is Stoudamire really that good offensively? Dude is shooting at 34% as of now.

He just came out of High School, and is playing great for a 19 year old.

    1) Tim Duncan
    2) Chris Webber
    3) Kevin Garnett
    4) Dirk Nowitzki

I think the drop off is really after the top 4.

    5) Elton Brand/Jermaine O'Neal

Rasheed Wallace is one of the most overrated players in the league.

Isn't Garnett playing the 3 for the Wolves these days? I believe Loren Woods is their starter at PF.

I thought Joe Smith was now that he's back from injury.

Antoine Walker is one of the most overrated players in the NBA. There's no way he's ahead of Wallace, Jermaine O'neal, or Brand...and probably not Shareef.

If you really got nitpicky you could say O'neal is a top 3-5 PF...if Duncan was considered a C, and KG a SF. In a couple of years Jermaine may be better than Garnett anyway.

    My list:

(I've discussed each of these in my earlier posts)

    Garnett
    Duncan
    R. Wallace
    Walker
    O'Neal
    Brand
    Webber
    Nowitzki
    Rahim
    B. Wallace

...and I haven't seen enough of Gasol to comment.

Most overrated: Karl Malone (with new zone defenses that can draw him 15ft away from the basket, he isn't a superstar anymore; also, he was never as efficient as he could be because of his foul shooting)

How can anybody rate Wallace that high. If this was a steetball contest, maybe. As is, he still can be as detrimental to his team as he is useful.

Walker is usually overrated, too, but has put up signficantly better stats than Wallace throughout his career. Walker's main issue is that he shoots way too many 3 pointers. OTher than that, though, he is a very good PF.

    Duncan
    Nowitzki
    Webber
    Garnett
    O'neal
    Brand
    RWallace
    BWallace

    Honorable Mentions

    Walker... overrated
    Martin... Rebounding suspect
    Rahim
    Gasol... doesn't impress me much;
    Gooden... IMO, better than Gasol

I am a very big fan of Gasol, but I don't consider him a true PF because he can play SF, PF or C. Gooden better than Gasol? I don't think so, Gasol does the little things like blocking shots, making good passes, stealing the ball, and he rebouds just as good as Gooden does. I hope Gasol leaves the Grizzlies, but Gooden and Gasol could be a very good 1, 2 punch in the future. Gooden reminds me of Karl Malone, any one else notice this?
