There are a few reasons for this: - LoF's make an excessive number of posts and threads about Lin and as a result, Lin has more "exposure" on this site. Basically, Lin does something dumb. Member goes on CF. Member sees oodles of Lin threads. Member posts his frustration in one of them. - CF members who are absolutely sick and tired of LoF's trying to put Lin on a pedestal and basically saying "Well if Lin is so great, why is he doing all these dumb things game after game?" - Lin keeps making the same god damn rookie mistakes that he is NOT supposed to be making as a NBA PG or as a 6th man on our team and we are sick and tired of it. It really all comes down to LoF's and the spotlight they had shined on and kept on Lin since he flashed Linsanity in NY. These cancerous lotus just followed Lin Knicks to Rockets and have since continuously contaminated this site and all sorts of other media and forum outlets with their fly to dung crap.
i see the same on youtube. most of them didnt even watch basketball for linsanity. but why not just ban them? but i still think its unfair to place so much blame on a bench player. this situation kinda reminds me of lebron fans except Lebron is the best player in the game right now
Should have been worded "PG's can't thrive in Houston next to Harden". Everyone knows Lin is just redundant and a waste here. What the Rockets need is a Steve Kerr like player. Jimmer Fredette would have been a perfect fit next to James.

LOF LOH TRF all put Lin/egoist above Rockets, LOF for love, LOH for hatred, TRF(ture rocket fans) are like fundamentalist, we are true, so whoever disagree/different with us are not ture, are heresy.
Been there..Ive also said it before but I was just flamed..LoL...just dont make some blatant remarks against them and u'll be fine..for some of them, if ur joining date is 2012 and up ur 1. automatically a Lin Fan and have no business talking about BB... 2. some will automatically label u an Asian.. 3. some will question ur love for the Rockets... 4. anything u say against a teammate not named Lin is hate.. 5. can't argue about ur case because of reason number 1.. But the good thing is, its not that bad as before..at least there are TRF that sees the value of Lin, may it be big or small...and don't take in to heart the things ur reading in the Game Thread while the game is still on..and if the team loses and "some" will pin it to Lin, just let them be, they need a scapegoat anyway...and if the team wins due to his effort and all is praising him savor the moment coz it wont last.. And try to avoid Dei, King1, Che( cant rem the rest..somrthing like chenjy..)..they are a hardcore Lin hater...they will start an online war with u without u knowing..they will su*k u into their wormhole if u are not on ur guard...:grin:
the other way around could be true too. Honestly, I've been this forum for a few months. It's true some Lin fans will defend Lin no matter what, some just simply don't know much about BB or NBA. But I've seen more Lin haters for whatever reasons, and they try so damn hard to prove they are right and the other party is wrong, which is worse.
I'll give this one chance before I decide on whether or not to ignore. I have defended Lin as much as I have criticized him first of all, so I don't appreciate your blatant deceit. I support Lin so long as a Rocket, I just don't think he is anything more than another mediocre PG which immediately puts me at odds with all LoF. I am a LoFH for sure though in that I cannot stand Lin Only Fans at all. I wish they would all leave this community and leave us alone. I would go so far in saying I hope they accidentally trip and fall off a cliff. That is how much I hate them at this point in time. These little ****s pop up no matter where I go, which site I visit, so yes, I hate Lin Only Fans. That said, I don't hate Lin the player, I just don't think he's good.
Based on this board's reputation. People claiming to be Rockets fans before Yao were probably Sam Cassell fans (the Asian Fans). So this is the order for people like me. 1) Cassell Only Fan 2) Yao Only Fan 3) Lin Only Fan I'm pretty sure if Cassell were to go on Ancestry.com he would probably find a Chinese ancestor somewhere in there.
