Because he can hate on Lin all he wants, but Lin has a 25 million dollar contract which he deserves and that agitates him, which we should all enjoy instead of wasting time responding back to his BS. you need to look at game logs of tony parker and steve nash and rajon rondo when they were at lin's point in their career. they had the same inconsistency and rarely had explosions of fantastic play like jeremy has had. it kills your entire argument. the fact that you say he has a "lack of true speed" shows that you don't know what you are talking about AT ALL. he has true speed. use your eyes. watch as he goes coast to coast for a layup dribbling between defenders in four seconds. does it need to be REPEATED that they put accelerometers on player jerseys and jeremy is the fastest guy on the rockets team? what? he has false speed? you're ridiculous and UNOBJECTIVE which makes you as lame as a LOF who thinks he's better than kobe. neither of you are based in reality. speed is speed. either a player can dribble from point A to point B quickly or he cannot.
john wall got a full athletic scholarship to a top program, was drafted high, and praised to all hell because he fit the stereotypical ATHLETIC qualities of a PG. please youtube jeremy lin vs. john wall in summer league when they were both incoming rookies. jeremy got a contract off john wall's back. he also used a wizards game to help launch linsanity. john wall FIT all the preconceived notions and stereoptypes, JL did not FIT. watch their careers. i would bet my mortgage jeremy lin is more successful. LOH are so stuck on the same set in-the-box thinking that they can't see a good player when they see one. i'm not saying he's a superstar hall of famer multiple all star all nba player for gawdsake! but dumb people keep watching him play, think to their brainwashed selves that jeremy doesn't have john wall's handle, and can't jump like john wall, so he just CAN'T BE AS GOOD AS JOHN WALL as a basketball player.
