What game was this? Same here. We wouldn't have been down double digits in the 3rd and had to dig ourselves out of the hole.

It was during practice when he was a rookie with the Warriors. See quote from Keith Smart in the article below: http://www.cowbellkingdom.com/2013/02/11/joy-not-regret-emanates-from-keith-smart-on-jeremy-lins-success/
A bruised muscle isn't too bad. As far as muscular injuries go, bruises rank as the absolute lowest grade. Hope he'll be ready to go by Game 3.
He'll play as long as he has good range of motion. The 85% remark refers to his knee injury last season when the Knicks were in the playoff? With how long it took him to get back to form this season, you should know better. Ask Derrick Rose.
Rose was in a different situation, he already lock in a long term contract. Yet, he came back and mess it up after 2 games and now still out a season later. Lin did what a smart person do, sit out after seeing what could happened to Rose.

At no point this year did Rose play in an NBA game. He tore his ACL in last year's playoffs and has been out since. Lin wasn't ready to come back last year. Considering he was still recovering a couple of months into this season I really doubt he was ready to go for playoff games last year.
It's not like he's out for the whole series, why do we keep acting like he just quits on the team? There's a high chance he will be back for game 3.
