any other situation, this would be a knee-jerk reation, LOH, or whatever you wan to call it. but TWO playoff games in a row where you're not aware of the clock and your mishap gives the opponent a killer 3 pointer. once you understand. twice? that's hard to take. look at how many posts i've made in the past 12 years and i can't sit by and let people still defend him. yeah the refs totally sucked and mchale should have called time out. but lin still could have called TO himself, pass to parsons, or cradle the ball and maybe get foulded. and to make matters worse, he clearly had a shot at the rebound when he tried to slap at it. no excuse for that in the playoffs.
