    These Knicks fans are pathetic.

You boo a kid just because he happens to have the same name as Isiah Thomas?

I love it. That's old school. Shows how devoted that fan base is and has been.

Wont be long before he starts getting superstar calls from the Refs. Afterall it is good for the NBA for him to succeed, right?

$$$ are rolling in as we type...

And I'm in OK, so the Rox game is blacked out for me.

It's crazy how terrible they are without Lin in the game; they are all on the perimeter now.. GO KINGS!

I wish Walt Frazier would give out Nicknames to our players; Bullard is terrible.

    Steve Novak: Novakain
    Chandler Parsons: Chandler Bang...

dude thats awesome :) I wish the NBA was more gritty like the old days.. Fans hated the opposing teams/fans. The players truley hated each other and rivalries were real. Now it's all glitz and glamour and everyone are friends like the Miami super friends. The NBA is a lot less competitive than it use be.

It's more of guards getting calls at this stage.

    Centers are never refereed fairly.

Melo must be fuming inside, He left a city that loves him sucess to come to NYC to be their savior and they couldn't win or get it together with him. A kid on the bench comes out when he gets injured, leads them to 6-7 straight, takes the nation by storm and NYC embraces him entirely and people are claling for the superstar to adjust to this kid. Of course hell never admit it, but you gotta wonder

Knicks backup plan: Steve nash for mid levle maybe, but I wonder if he can even follow up this hype and his age of course

that said, I think Lin is well aware the Dantoni's offense plays to his stregthns so he may try to push for some way to get back on the knicks

Knicks fans are awesome. One year the knicks were so bad, they started cheering for the rockets while yao was owning curry.

I don't know whats wrong with you, but it is historic for a kid to come to the biggest market, 2 big max paid superstars, they are continuing to lose, he gets cut twice taht season, gets moved to starting or gets playing time out of a desperate move and he ends up taking the leageu by storm averaging 20-10 all star numbers and leads them to 7 straight games, majority without their two stars....
This is a movie waiting to be made, I've never seen/heard anything like it.

I finally saw the highlights from their last game. Lin gets that and 1 play that would eventually tie the game and they flash to bench and Carmelo was clapping but didn't look as happy as everyone else.

I really hope he come back and blows everything up. Ball stopping for the L!

He knows hes on cameras and e would be boo'd out of the garden if he wanted the ball or wasn't happy for the golden boy, but just heman mentality you gotta woender since Melo is the alpha type, wants the ball in his hands and wants the glory, etc. Guys like him, Kobe, MJ, they btter have the ball and want to be the big guy. Maybe someone like Lebron who doesn't want the pressure, is tired of the blame, and not cut out for the alpha type would be fine with this but even then...Lin is literally overshadowing any big star right now and that has got to be an adjustment so fast and out of no where. That said, it seems like heis hard to hate(except for icehouse..?) just because he is some humble and always gives credits to his teammates and seems genuine about it.

Next thin you know, he has a one hour show this summer...Lin the Decision 2012

    This is depressing.

Jeremy Lin is good at passing and scoring.
