I'm not arguing him having an amazing run because he has but that doesn't mean he played great in the last two games
If you finish Great, it's all about the W. He won the game for the Knicks. Take off your hater glasses.
Calderon dropped 30 on 72% shooting on LA the very next game. The Lakers have had trouble checking PG's for how long now?
agree with him not dominating. these two games kinda make me think he can't be as good as i think he's gonna be. but come on this dude just WINS. you can't take that away from him.
I'm not ready to anoint him as a legit superstar by any means. Waaay too many turnovers. But to discount what he's doing due to the competition isn't really fair. These NBA teams that can win on any given day. He deserves a little respect.
People really oversell Lin's turnovers. Yeah he had 8 TOs tonight but about 5 of those weren't bad passes that bounced off the hands of his own player. He also still figuring his teammates out. Finally, I think he only had 2 turnover in the 2nd half. Really, I understand the hate but people in a rush to take a shot at Lin are really overselling how "awful" he's been because of his turnover totals. I just went back and checked Chris Paul's last game. His line. Paul - 16pts, 9 assts, 5 turnovers. Paul is widely considered the best PG in the game and he's got years of NBA experience. The point of the matter is when you're a PG and you operate an offense like teh one D'Antoni runs or the one the Clippers run your PG is going to have a higher TO total than if they were playing in the Celtics offensive set.
I'm not arguing that he wasn't clutch but I am saying that the raptors and wolves allowed that to happen to them by playing awful 4th quarters. Lin want locking down anyone tonight and about half of the 4th quartet points came from Barbosa who he was holding.
No, the Knicks defense to close the game, when the Raptors blew a 9 point lead by constantly turning the ball over again and again and again is why NY won this game. That's the main reason. Lin did make the big shots in the end.
why lin hell did calderon sag so far off of him? there were 2 seclinds left. dude was just beggling to get Linched
Jeremy Lin has not been horrible the last few games. There is a difference between horrible and playing average.
A lot of teams allow things like this to happen and you don't see the 15th men having a streak of games like this. Lets be real now, he is no superstar but give the man his dues. He has proven he deserves to be in this league and he will continue to improve.
