rockets suck, and will be a mediocre team for a long time until they get a star. they will make the playoffs this year likely, but will get nearly swept. give up hope on the rockets
cmon man that just sounds ignant. Lin's the reason they won this game. I agree with you that the Wolves more lost that game than the Knicks winning it, but to say that about this game just sounds ignorant.
yeah he did I don't remember how long he was on him but he realized he was torching Fisher and picked him up.
The most important thing for Knick fans (which also hurts our pick) is that before Lin, the Knicks were losing to good and bad teams...they just sucked and clearly lacked a floor general. Now the Rockets pick is boned and Lin is clearly helping them win. No need to downplay his effect...the Knicks are playing better as a team and Lin is a huge contributor to that fact.
no he didn't he had a couple swithces on him but didn't consistently guard him, he was never 'his man' to guard
I dont understand these points against jlin. He's an undrafted d-leaguer, the other players for these other teams are suppose to be on another level than him.
I watched that game as well and LA was clearly gassed after a physical matchup with Boston the night before. They can't hold PG's to save their lives anyway, but their bigs typically are a big advantage for them. Lot of missed wide open shots as well. What did you think about that game?
The only NBA player in my memory who can consistently dominate day in day out would be Jordan. If Lin plays every single game at a dominating level, then it must be that 1). he's the greatest ever or 2). teams are not scouting him properly and not defending him. Starting from the Minnesota game and through today's game, teams have figured out Lin's weakness and are trapping him. Which is why for all the TOs. But nevertheless, he has figured out a way to will his team to victories from behind. He has hit clutch baskets. He played the most minutes out of anyone on the court tonight (43 mins). He and Shump made the huge plays in the last 2 mins. That's it. Enough said. He's a star. I don't care for all the mistakes he made, a win is a win. Those mistakes are just learning curves for a player who's never played this much at the highest level. When a player goes from a 5 to a 10, he's made big strides. In Lin's case, he went from 0 to 10 in a matter of one week! That's just a miracle!

I watched the entire game and he wasn't great for the game. He finished great but by no means did he play a great game. He got abused defensively and had a ton of turnovers. The raptors gave him a chance and he closed it out but he did not play great
