What point? You described a situation that doesn't constitute an assist that hasn't even applied to Lin.

 

I like how D'Antoni is putting Shumpert on Calderon now. He should've done that a long time ago. Lin just doesn't have the defense for Calderon tonight

 

Calderon is hitting 30ft 3pters all night long, cant do much about that

For some reason guys like Novak, Jeffries and Shumpert lost their confidence once Amare got back.

 

He's handling the ball two to three times more than most other point guards in the league are handling.
Obviously that means he's going to end up with more turnovers.

Amar'e is not as good as everyone thought he was.

 

LOL you make it sound like they changed the way of counting assists just for Lin. I haven't seen an instance where Lin received an assist he shouldn't. I don't what situation you described so I can't comment on that.

that's just one shot. he's able to get free from Lin and score many other times. shumpert's doing a better job now.

relaly good article from JLin's hs coach...think of that picture and him taking over the league, he looked like someone you would give room to while defending at 24 hour fitness

Well most PGs do all the ball haldling. Its okay. The kid will have bad games once in a while like most inexperienced players. It doesn't mean he sucks. It just means he's human.
