Why would they play Lin? He's obviously not healed 100% and Knicks obviously won't win the series...

 

Al Horford came back early from injury today...and the Hawks got blown out.

Ya what ever happened to Douglas? I saw him on the bench today. He can shoot the ball, pretty decent defender, and was a good part of their rotation last year... is he just injured or sucking it up?

 

32% from the field, 23% from three this year. So 'can shoot the ball' unfortunately no longer applies.
Also, he's sick.
Could still see time going forward though.

not saying this will happen but, think about the linsanity that will happen if he comes back and pushes the knicks past the heat

 

It's pretty much been confirmed as not going to happen. Woodson has already gone on the record as saying that Lin will not be playing in the Heat series.

 

If I were Lin I wouldn't want to damage my stock in upcoming free agency.
