Really? The Players Association is the one who initiated this arbitration to get Lin, etc. Early Bird Rights. The NBA, on the other hand, fought AGAINST giving Lin Early Bird rights and is now appealing the arbitrator's decision. If the NBA really is trying to favor the Knicks, they would have agreed with the Players Association's position.
