Its not mind boggling at all, unless you are only here to as a Lin groupie, wearing your number 7 jersery, and secretly happy about Beverley's injury.

I don't know if you have noticed, but there about 10 different threads right now complaining about all sorts of things re: the loss. Turns out, that is what happens after a heart breaking playoff loss.

This whole thread would not have existed at all, if some 2001'er hadn't made a premature thread midway through the second quarter.

That's okay, I am sure I will find your calm cool collected rational posts in those other 10 threads.

the whole concept of lin makes everyone go dumb dumb from the top to bottom. For example, suggesting that all he is worth is 3 million dollars and completely ignoring that this is the NBA we're talking about.
An Nba with an NBAPA, a union, that has had disputes because of salaries. To think an nba young veteran that can give you 14 to 17 pts a night, is going to get less than 3 mill is just dishonest.
Don't hate the player, hate the union that has made the average salary 5.1 mil.

I am a LOF and proud of it. It also doesn't make what I said incorrect. With Beverley having a sprained knee, Jeremy Lin is now one of the pivotal players that the Rockets will need if they hope to win this series. There is a lot he can do to ease the load on Harden and get easier shots for the other players. It seemed that Jones and Howard were more than happy to be on the receiving end of his passes for easy baskets.

 

i dont know whats so funny, if anything the team wasted his great game, especially in overtime when he almost single handedly won the game...he can't make shots for harden too you know

Haters will hate. I think the Rockets players and most of the fans know that he was a net positive for the team in Game 1 and gave them a very good chance to win. This loss was about Aldridge putting on a show worthy of Barkley or Tim Duncan and Lillard making some big time plays in key moments while playing a steady, controlled game.

Salty. Why you gotta bag on the guy when he even when he has a great game? ESPN acknowledged him, fans from different teams that watched the game acknowledged that he carried us, and yet here you are, a rocket fan, questioning and diminishing his effect on the game.
