Lin and Harden NEED to fire in order for us to have a chance at victory. I hate to beat the CH dead horse but im kinda shocked at how weak our 4 rotation has looked in recent weeks. It really didnt help us that Parsons was in foul trouble either. Lin just needs to be aggressive, attack do what has gotten him to this level, and he'll be fine. Stop acting as though the world is going to end, stop ****ting on Harden/Mchale looking for excuses, Lin played VERY badly, and hopefully adjustments will be made. But all players have crap games, let alone a playoff debutant who's played about one seasons worth of NBA basketball. It's as if people think Lin should be a finished product RIGHT now. Morey/the brass know if he ever gets his jumpshot to an acceptable level, hes gonna be a very good PG. RELAXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

    PG role effect.

When everybody was PG, Lin plays badly.

We need to bench him sooner to close out the game, Id say mid way trough the 3rd quarter.

I'm not blaming Yao or China for his foot issue. At the end of the day, Yao's main responsibility is to himself not to the Rockets organization or China. He have to do what's best for him financially and how his life will be like after retirement (eg, how the Chinese people view & treat him and how the Chinese media views him). Ultimately, what was best for Yao in both respects was to play for the Chinese national team. I'm not saying that if Yao refused to play for the national team, some Chinese official will wave a magical wand and Yao will lose some endorsements. The market economy will do that for them, if Yao refused his popularity and marketability to the Chinese people will take a nose dive, eg Wang Zhizhi and obviously his endorsements will suffer. Funny enough, Yao is actually the spokes person for a calcium supplement in China. I always get a good laugh when I see those billboards or commercials when I'm in China.

Also I don't blame the Chinese national team wanting Yao to represent China. Yao was by leaps and bounds the best Chinese basketball player and basically the success of the entire team rested on whether he suits up or not.

Both Lin and Beverely played like crap in that game, and Mchale should have put Aaron Brooks in the game alot sooner.

Well, you have your opinion and point of view and that's fine.

I didn't mean to say Yao shouldn't have played for the national team, I'm just saying he needed more rest and was semi-forced into not having it.

it IS at a respectable level RIGHT NOW. he just didn't make any shots sunday night; it happens. his shooting confidence now vs. november is night and day. people who say his shooting TODAY is not at an acceptable level really hasn't been watching the games this season.

his shooting wasn't the issue sunday night; everyone shot horribly. it was his decision making. made horrible, risky decisions that ended up turning the momentum to the other side after we tied the game.
