Lin sucked in the 1st game but got injured in game 2. So he had one bad game and should have sat out the next one.

Cool. Does that mean he'll be selected to seven all star games and win a championship like the dude he's tied with? This thread and this statistic are both horrible.

I don't really care about this stat because to me it is unfairly skewed against Lin. That said, he was pretty horrible and had no business playing once injured. Should have just sat out after that. His playing hurt actually hurt us far more than if we just played Brooks.

He is first for non-retired players who averaged his minutes.

    How do you defend that?

Dude, I think the strain of LOF you're trying to antagonize stopped watching b-ball and stopped reading threads after game 6.

Actually now, since last game Lin has SET THE RECORD -

    for the 4th worst

PER of at least 84 minutes played (they just updated the stats for Perkins. Lin. Lin listed now listed ahead of Sikma somehow.)

    So thats EVEN WORSE

He didn't play well in the 2nd game. What game are you watching? He was mediocre? He missed 2 wide open 3's and had 2 TO's in a stretch where the Rockets were making a run. Even his stats were mediocre.

He contributed NADA in the playoffs, he was a liability out there.

B-b-b-b-but... How else am I supposed to support my unwavering prejudice that Lin sucks? All objective data seems to indicate that he's at least an average starter. Waaah! Can't have that! Me want be right!

So now we're using sample sizes of minutes within games to try to discredit him?

    25 games of Linsanity? Useless.

82 games of his first regular season as starter? Fluke.

5 minute run in a single game? Indicative proof!

Just trying to educate someone who "thought" he was played well in game 2, lmao, don't get your panties in a bunch.

It wasn't really well but it was fine, definitely better than the first game. He missed two threes but he was 4/7 overall, he made 2 TOs but he had 3 asts and four rebounds. We could say he was getting acclimated.

When the announcer found out Lin was injured, he was saying, "Oh no! This is bad! Lin played well in the first half!"

Nothing spectacular but wasn't a liability.

omg. the dude toughed it out when everyone was crapping on him for having a chest bruise or whatever. Funny how being able to raise your shooting arm is kinda critical in bball aye? he was horrible, but theres no need to kick someone when they're down. "6th worst PER" onya mate get on your bike n scram

LMAO and SMH at educate. Try educating the commentators. You have to admit that he played fine with the starters in game 6 right?

When I said he played well it didn't mean he was Linsanity well or AI well; he was at least average that's nice.

Does it even count if you only play 84 minutes the entire playoffs?

tl;dr: sample size too small, don't care
