Now, now, gentleman... Let's keep our composure... Remember? Lin is dispensable... His shoes are easily filled by Aaron Brooks......

He's not out 2 weeks. He's to be re-evaluated in 2 weeks. He seemed to be limping today during a timeout so don't hold your breath yet.

In the meantime, if you forgot how Jeremy was playing before the injury, here's a reminder:

Was he really limping? If so then that's not good at all

The second last timeout in 4Q with just under a minute to go, if you have league pass. He was either limping or he looked like he just ate at a buffet...:(

No way we need another play maker in the game with Harden...

I hope its just a sprain. Still have that flashback when he ended up with meniscus tear 2 seasons ago.

Definitely! Only when you lose someone, you will find how important he is. Fortunately, this lose is not forever

Why are you speculating this? He has a grade 1 sprain. If it was a grade 2 sprain, like Marc Gasol, I can see him sitting out longer. But a grade 1 shouldn't take more than 2-3 weeks.

    Gosh, please don't say that. :( :( :(

We need everyone (Lin, Parsons, Smith, Asik) back, and I hope they do soon.

Geeez the guy really is the slowest healer in basketball. I'll admit he's a good player and would probably be a good 2nd or 3rd option on a team in the East. In law school we learned about the "Egg Shell skull rule". Sometimes I wonder if JLin was the inspiration for the Case law. Every minor injury takes him out for weeks if not months on the reg. Really like him as our 6th man and a very good player but Such. sloooooooooow healer.

That's one of the reason that the Knicks decided not to match that contract he was out 10+ weeks for the meniscus injury and STILL wasn't healed up enough or ready to help in the plays. Metta came back in half the 5 and was back ballin like his old self and fighting on the block and in the paint by week 6. Knicks questioned his mental toughness and physical durability to regroup after relatively minor injuries. Can't say they weren't partially right in their assessment.

We don't know the value of some players until they get injured and miss games, his intensity that he brings off-the bench is really valuable, damn we need him.
