Lin should take some aikido or judo or jujitsu lessons. It's called ukemi in Japanese.

Not good for Jeremy. He's going to come back and not find minutes.

How did AB0 end up out of the NBA in the first place? He hits 216 3s, should have been an All-Star, as a starter on a playoff team in 09-10.

Lin should sit out the rest of the reason like Rose. We got Brooksanity now along with Bev aka Gary Payton 2.0

lockout year. For players that know they will get one it is easy to wait it out, but AB went to china. It was not because of his play.

Doesn't Brooks have a no trade clause?

Any interviews or news about this? How he's feeling? How bad it is? What exactly he thinks happened on the play? Etc etc.

Last time his season ending knick injury started off kinda like this. Interesting they were quick to rule him out 2 weeks right away.

Lin is soft unfortunately. He barely got bumped in then playoffs and then could move his arms to put his shirt on for three weeks. I watch the reply of his latest misadventure. Milsap barely touched him and now Lin will probably be out a month or need to be put back together like Lee Majors. Good thing this guy didn't try and play in the 80s. He would have needed Traction therapy after every quarter.

I guess D Rose must be the softest because he got injured when air touched his knee.

D-Rose tore he's ACL and now his meniscus. Lin has a bruise or "contusion". Big difference.

When Lin had his surgery in New York he had over 10 weeks to get healed for the playoffs. Metta came back from the same surgery in half the time the same year. Lin is a very slow healer. It's just a fact

Lin had his MCL repaired, Metta had his removed. It's just a fact.

Spoken like somebody who's never had arthroscopic surgery(or maybe you have and didn't listen to a thing in rehab). No two injuries are the same. You sound like a fool...

Redick is out 6-8 wks. I guess he's a marshmallow. And what of Rose, his was a non-contact injury. Lin played 82 games last season and I guess after getting bloodied and battered and falling down hard after driving it to the hole he was just peachy, never played through any pain.

Truth. Recovery times are totally different for these two procedures. Most are able to come back quicker following a total removal of the meniscus, but long-term results are generally poor. For Metta, this procedure made sense as he likely has only a few years left in the league.

The more conservative approach (repairing the meniscus) has a better long-term outlook but also causes more inflammation and requires more careful rehab to avoid re-injury. This procedure obviously made more sense for Jeremy, who hopefully has many more years of NBA basketball ahead of him.
