Jeremy Lin is a large reason of why we lost this series

Lin was bad on offense, but he did good on defense. And he got benched relatively soon not long after being put in.

 

Beverley isn't even a PG. He's always been a 6-1 SG on offense, and only a PG on defense. He didn't even play PG on offense on his Russian team.

 

Lin played OK the first time he came in, hitting that three.

The second time came in he played well, with the starters.

The third time it wasn't so good.


Well, it's his first playoffs, players grow, we shall see.

Lin looked like crap out there...it felt like we were worse when he was on the court, but Harden played crappy too, 26 pts on 22 shots? Ugh. And why the eff does he keep doing that stupid no look pass? He screws that up so many times by either getting it picked off or passing it to someone who's more covered than he is. The dude shouldn't be passing the ball when he has freakin Derek Fisher on him...wtf.

 

I'm tired of the excuses and pleas for patience... if this team wants to take the next step, Lin needs to go.

He does not have elite speed

Lin isn't a starting point guard. Sure he had an amazing end of the season run in New York but that's it. Call me a LOH or whatever but the facts are the facts. We won with him on the bench and lost when he played. He added nothing tonight.

Effectively he only played 1 game of the playoffs, which granted, was horrible.

But I suppose where you work in, people get fired for making 1 mistake; where you study/studied in, students are expelled once they fail 1 test; where you live in, people are unemployed because they couldn't pass the interview of 1 company.

 

Except Morey has stated that Lin has the fastest acceleration they have ever measured on the Rockets.

And his combine numbers rate his acceleration as Elite. Not good or very good, but Elite.

His top speed is very good as well.

Yeah, but it seems if anyone has the audacity here to tell the TRUTH and call Harden out (who is BY FAR to blame and is a cancer)...they will get attacked here by so many people.

There are a lot of Kool-Aid drinkers here when it comes to two guys - Daryl Morey and James Harden.
