Jeremy Lin is a large reason of why we lost this series

I like asian women as well, the mixed ones are particularly beautiful. But all you do on here is crap on Lin. I didn't say you were a racist, but its funny that you immediately jumped to that. Those sorts of prejudices exist in all cultures, but to stereotype and generalise because a few asian guys looked at you the wrong way is just lunacy. I have no issue with asian guys, and I'm sure they have no issue with me, idk in America but in Australia at least alotta people couldnt give a F if you were blue/purple/yellow/black whatever.

So some people can religiously defend one player in thread after thread no matter what and even resort to implying that we are racists for not liking a sucky overrated player that tanked in the playoffs, but we can't call that player out for said suckage? You serious?

Theres a difference between calling him out for playing horribly and doing what you're doing though. Everyone knows he played shiit, he knows he played crap, he'll work in the summer and hopefully come back a better basketball player, mate

 

Sorry to hear all the Asian dudes are giving you strange looks for dating an Asian girl.

Melbourne is the most multi-cultural city in Australia. Its a huge melting pot of races actually. I can't imagine what its like to experience racism like you have. Most Asians in Australia are usually a pretty friendly bunch that wouldn't care about that stuff at all.

But no need to take it out on Lin. I get that you think he's a terrible player and that's fine. Just tone the language down please. You don't need to name call to make your points.

So I would say Lin being attacked on based on basketball criticism is a stretch to say the least.

 

Right on. No one joins this site with the full purpose of hating a guy. We are however not going to root for a guy who doesn't play well.

 

Coming from an Asian dude's perspective, the guys may not be giving the guy the stare. They could be looking at the woman. Why? Because some Asian women have this preference for "white guys".

Asian dudes used to be pissed off at Asian women because the dating went along the lines of "No Asians". They would reject any Asian guy because of a multitude of reasons I won't repeat her

Trust me, this is discussed a ton among Asian-Americans. Some Asian women have this preference for "white guys only". No blacks, no latino, and no asians. For whatever reason, the Asian women are brain washed that "white is right".

These days, I've seen a shift. Most Asian women have a "White / Asian" preference. But the biggest shift is Asian guys have went away from looking at just Asian girls to other races. So while there may be more "Asian girl / white guys" couples in public, there are a ton of Asian guys / White (and other) out there.
