i'm a lin fan because i'm basically exactly his demographic and it's great to see someone like me succeed. it doesn't mean i don't wish i could knock him upside the head whenever he's playing terribly and tell him to get serious!
Lofs are insane jesus Let's be real here guys, I like Lin because he's a good guy and I root for him every game, but he's just not that great of a player. I remember watching the Lakers game, OLD MAN NASH blew by him multiple times. That is embarrassing.

Lin plays mediocre against non-elite team. SEE?! HE CAN'T EVEN PLAY WELL AGAINST CRAP TEAMS! Lin plays well against elite team. FLUKE! Lin plays badly against elite team. SEE?! HOW CAN HE NOT DOMINATE CP3?! Lin puts up bad stats. STATS DON'T LIE! Lin puts up good stats. EYE TEST RULES ALL! This is getting boring.
More crying from LOFHs nowadays than LOFs. I agree, it's getting old and annoying. As Rockets fans, I find it odd that so many in the GARM have the need now to get on here and slam Lin every game he doesn't do well. Besides like 3-4 players on our team, everyone else does poorly a good number of games too haha. It used to be a reaction to LOFs over-inflating Lin at every chance they got. Now even if LOFs don't say anything, it's like I can just assume Uh Oh, 80% of the GARM tonight will be from knee jerk or 35 yr old kids whining about Lin's poor or not superb play again. That's all there is left to talk about???
What an awful performance last night. I can't remember the last time I've seen the "jump at half court with no one to pass it to so I'll just throw it in the general area of human beings wearing basketball uniforms with no regard to the specific uniform those human beings are wearing" play run to such perfection.
I am a Lin fan, but his defense is terrible right now, he let Rubio go by him so many times.....and the way Rubio got by wasn't even with moves, just really straight line drives and a quick change of direction... It's effort...he's simply not putting the effort in, I've really noticed this....also he plays that dangerous undercut D when his player goes up for a jumpshot, after he gives up somewhat after the pick, did it to DeRozen in the Toronto game.... He's playing too loose on offense as well, before he was on a leash but now it's as though he knows he can't be traded, Pat is still on the mend, and Canaan is still a rook, Lin just decided to throw the worst turnover passes in the world!!
A lot of the fans truly do want him to do well and help the Rockets but there is the element that are like little bullies. They can't wait to get to the keyboard and announce that Lin sucks, is a scrub, d-leaguer, etc.
I just want to win, I don't care who does it. Could Jeremy still be hurt from his NY injury? Just a question, not a hate filled debate.
granted, some people crap on Lin just to spite LOFs etc and that just adds fuel to the fire, but Lin despite looking amazing at times does the most bone-headed r****ded stuff sometimes. He's jekyll and hyde on steroids and the bad one always comes out when the stars aren't aligned
If by some you mean most of the GARM...I mean, just glance through the threads and posts, it's ridiculous lol. Yeah Lin does some dumb stuff sometimes. So does Casspi, TJones, DMo and Garcia. So does Harden for that matter (but he gets a pass for his otherwise eliteness). There aren't tens upon tens of threads about Casspi or DMo or Garcia... And don't tell me LOFs start them. That's so bull****. More than half of the Lin threads now are started by people crapping on him.
