Harden does what harden does. We all know he likes to pass off to teammates at the last second. However it doesn't excuse Lin from his general poor awareness of basketball. Jeremy has the dumbest bball iq. He is just not a cerebral basketball player. His intangibles and in game decision making rival that of a jr smith or jevale mcgee. He is that stupid on the court. Don't let his Asian fool you. Lin needs to play off of instinct and just react. All this thinking business is making him worse.
Your assumption that if Lin wasn't out of position that he would've had his shot blocked or acting like that was Lin decided to be standing that far out of range. That's complete B.S.
Thunder fans are.comparing Reggie with Harden. They say he will turn out to be a top 5 pg material. So lin vs Reggie is not a good comparison.
He's been in the tank ever since his name was mentioned in trade rumors. He's like a SP that has the "yips".. Or like Matt Schaub if you want to compare it to football. He's not a upper echelon starter, but he isn't this bad either. His confidence is shook and he seems like he can't get his head in the game and pull his way out of this funk. That blown layup (as well as the others in the last couple of games) was ridiculous. If you aren't going to be a efficient 3pt shooter, you at least have to finish at the rim. Lin hasn't been able to do either. Maybe, just maybe... He just isn't a starting PG in the NBA, which is why this team desperately needs a healthy Beverly back ASAP.
Another bad game by Lin but we won anyway! He's a 6th man. Start Canaan. Not bc he's better, but bc Lin is a better fit off the bench.
Yo-Yo Lin giving up 17 points, 7 rebounds, and 7 assists to the backup point guard... not unexpected.
I especially loved the play where he drove and jumped in the middle of the lane and had Terrence Jones to hand the ball off to - instead he threw up a behind his head finger roll which missed horribly.

You guys should give Lin a break. The guy is still lingering from back problems. It's pretty apparent hes not able to get up to the rim as well these past few games. Hes been missing wide open layups that he always made in the past. Not having that lift is making him almost fling the ball up to make up for the lack of elevation. Not making excuses for the guy. He needs to play better period. But some of you take it overboard with the Lin hate now. LOF's have pretty much stopped all the outrageous Lin worshipping comments and posts. So why cant the LOH stop bashing the guy for every little thing so we can get back to supporting the damn team?

I fully expected that to happen anyway. Nowadays if you don't bash or hate Lin you're not a real Rockets fan. Its like a "if you're not with us than you're with them" kinda thing now and its made this place unbearable.
