Skip 2 My Lou didn't have as much talent/potential to really make it in the league. Street ball is a different story. I have no agenda, especially on this topic. Clumping others with whatever group appears to be your bag. I just made an assumption about you which is evidently true.
Last year when Lin was starting he and Bev started the 2nd quarter together while Harden got rest. Tonight both he and Harden were on the bench to start the 2nd and 4th and came in pretty much the same time. I'm not saying Lin would be better suited for the bench in these kind of games, I'm just saying there are ways in which you can split their minutes a little and always have a play maker on the court.
ugh! watching eremy lin drive into the lane is like watching rodrick rhodes or tim breaux trying to finish off a layup. frustrating. i feel like one of those chimps at the beginning of "28 days later" that were forced to watch violent programming, but instead i have to watch jeremy lin run into the lane, jump, and pass the ball to nobody in particular... over and over and over again. sigh. wish i could watch steve francis dribble out the shotclock for old times sake. much more enjoyable. excuse me for a moment. i think i've been infected with rage.
I also expected them to be split a little more, but, if that was the original gameplan it may have been changed due to Lin's performance. I always hope for a bounceback, and if Bev is out for a prolonged period, Lin will be a deciding factor in the outcome of games in the playoffs.
Let Lin start and then sub halfway through the 1st. Harden always plays the full quarter, bring back Lin to start the 2nd. Parsons is the only other ball handler who can get his own shot.
kind of a knee jerk reaction after a bad game. No one will defend Lin to say that he had a good game. But to say he's not a good NBA player is bordering crazy. But you are entitled of course, but I do disagree with that notion
I don't think we're blaming McHale here. I am a fan of Lin. but some of those fans can be fanatical. Like LOF(lebron only fans) COF(Carmelo only Fans) KOF's. it's the nature of the beast.
Now I know why the GARM is always so muddled. People like you are bringing opinions from other sites and we are thus misled to think they are from members of CF.
Why don't you guys go to Facebook and check if Joe-house was telling the truth. I saw more people criticizing Lin harshly than defending him. On the bright side, lots of Facebook posters saw it as a team loss.
It would have been great if Lin could have had the same stats and Canaan or Harden, turnovers and all.
I like Lin, but tonight he was just plain ****e. He had to step up with Bev out but got outplayed by a rookie instead. No excuses for him tonight.
I can't believe LOFs genuinely thought this scrub was better than John Wall. Delusional, absolutely delusional. He's not even better than Jarrett Jack.
