what's hilarious you would think it would at least be a 50/50 ball when Lin jumps out and throws it out blindly but it's more like 80/20 it goes straight to an opposing player for the turnover. how does that happen!??
What an ignorant, delusional moron. Lin will be gone as soon as Morey can get rid of him. I guarantee you he is gone after this year. Some team will trade a 4th round pick for him and take on his salary. They will look at it from a money making perspective. Just like Les did when we signed him. Little do they know, his fans will ruin the fan base like they are trying to do here. None of us real Rocket fans will put up with that ****.
I don't know why I'm addicted to this thread? 90% of the posts on this thread are idiotic... but I keep coming back to see what people are saying. I agree, even this post I'm writing right now is iditiotic. It's like this thread has made everyone a little dumber on clutchfans.
I just need to know one thing... When in God's name will Jeremy stop dribbling into the paint, jump up, and throw the ball away? Its been 2.5 seasons. When will he STOP DOING THIS?
Ignorant and Moron. for saying Lin will have a huge impact? I meant that as a positive or negative one. Whining like a baby for 2 months(asik) and playing like a scared puppy(lin) is negative. And that lack of production will hurt that Rockets
To be objective about Lin's performance tonight, he started the game very well when they went up 6 and started the 3rd quarter very well when he got to the line a lot. The second quarter and 4th he was ineffective. He just didn't make shots. Got blocked at the rim by the Clips and that happens a lot with that team. He just didn't get into a good shooting rhythm. Defensively, he was mainly playing the #2 guard and they didn't really do much against him. He was up on the shooters and kept them honest. I thought Lin got lost in the offense a bit when Harden was dominating the ball. He was thinking a bit too much on the court trying to find his space and probably should've forced himself into a few more plays to get into rhythm. But he had 10 pts mostly on free throws. If he even hits 2 or 3 more shots, he would've had an ok game. Overall, it was not a good or impactful performance and it seemed like he was still readjusting to being the starter playing alongside Harden. I think he will look at film and figure out how to adjust his mindset after training himself to come off the bench.
The defining characteristic of an idiot is not making mistakes, its not learning from them and repeating them on a regular basis.
Are you seriously not banned yet. Everybody needs to go and report the post where he mocked Beverly's injury and the one where he called Cannan a monkey in the game thread.
All I was saying is that Cp3 was 0 for 12 and had 2 pts and cost his team a winnable game against NO about 3 nights ago. It happens to the best players in the game. Lin had a bad game tonight. I didn't say that he didn't. I'm just trying to add a touch of perspective because if you look at the comments on this site going back 2 years, they are overwhelmingly and obsessively anti-Lin.
Asik whining like a baby is speculation. He was actually injured. Sure he probably prolonged his injury a little longer than the typical diagnosis, but he has come in and played hard. Saying Lin will have a huge impact on the next two years is just idiotic. Nothing personal towards you, I may have overreacted with my initial reply to you, but Lin is not a focal point of this team. He was for a short second until we got Harden. Now we have Howard. Beverley and Canaan are better than Lin. Lin will not have any influence on this team in the future.
