With Bev out, Lin should have sent out a message with his play. If this is the Lin we get most of the games from here onward, we are toast.
Word. I try not to talk down on any of our players, and I haven't joined in on Lin bashing, or Lin worshipping, but I haven't been a fan of this move since we made it. Lin would be a great 3rd string point guard for like 1.5 mill a year. His current contract makes me sick
He has no clue how to play PG. He doesn't know what angles to attack from consistently, when to pass or shoot, taking care of the ball, or even the passing ability.
Yup. Complete waste of a season if we can't even get past the first round and with Lin as the PG that's a pretty legit possibility.
yep. This is not a "Joke" or a dream. Howard and Harden's first two years together are likely going to be based on what Lin can or can't do. Not from Lin's production but, from the amount of money he counts against the cap. You can't exactly flip Lin. He signed an american dream contract. Same can be said with Asik. Two guys that will make just under 30 million next year....one didn't want to play for 2 months and one is highly inconsistent. Like it or hate it. Howard and Harden's first two seasons are going to be tied to the deals Morey gave Lin and Asik and how productive they can be
