Apparently you're the one who is ignorant not me. I said that's how easily someone labels a person a LOF - just because they usually say good things about Lin or just because of their join date; I never said they only comment on Lin. A lot of posts from these so call "LOFs" have been supportive of the Rockets or other players as well. Lin maybe their favourite player or perhaps the reason they joined, but from what I have read they also support the other players or the Rockets and want them to play well and win. Also they have criticized Lin's plays as well as others. Therefore, the way I see it they are not "LOFs" as ppl like you like to label. I personally like to see constructive criticisms like some others, but can't stand haters who constantly like to bash. Apparently I'm not the only one who thinks the LOHs exist; if you have actually read through some threads including this one then you would see others also agrees, INCLUDING long time members. So I guess you are the one who is ignorant.
DudeWah, I would say that racist people exist. Not many of them here, but I think GlenRice might be one of those people. If you can remember him, he was pretty bad. I think you can call racists LOH? That being said, very few people here are actually those.
The thing about Asians is some are pretty damn racist and don't admit it, even if it is to other Asians.

Lin Aldrich and Beverley are the best shooters on this team. Absolute great performance by those 3 getting 100% of their shots in!
So much drama in this thread lol. I'm a Lin's fan but I would hate it if someone calls me a LOF because I actually support the team above everything else and a fan of other players on the team as well. A Lin's fan accuses a vet as a LOH is just as bad as a vet calling a Lin's fan a LOF. I think we should just drop the LOF and the LOH already. This **** is getting old.
As a non-asian who has dated an asian for 5 years, this is truth down to the core. It also really annoys me how many LOFs there are, and a majority of them being asian. its like reverse racism in a way. Just looking at the rockets facebook page after every game. I see so many comments on there saying "Go LIN" or "GOOD WIN LIN!" "LIN FOR THE WIN" and thats all they comment, they don't care about the team, they just care about that player, and its so stupid. Even if lin scored just two points in that game, as long as we win you still see the same old "Lin for the win" comments. it gets tiring

And of course they would rather he take the 3 as opposed to driving since that is his strong suit. However, there are opportunities every single game when Lin has the ability to be aggressive and still drive in those situations. Defenses have lapses, but more often than not Lin does not fully take advantage of them by driving hard to the rim (in a similar way to Harden when teams lapse after packing the paint against him all game). I just want to see Lin be more aggressive in these situations consistently and to stop being passive. I think the whole team would be better off for it. I disagree with this whole Lin is being passive stuff. Calvin Murphy himself shot it down but whatever. Also almost every opportunity Lin gets to drive he takes it. You your self sighted the numerous stepping out of bounds, or travelling attempts he gets to drive. Even if he attacks the paint but doesn't take it to the rack but instead keeps his dribble alive & circles around the paint that still counts as driving & being aggressive. There is a lot more to being aggressive than attacking the rim for a bucket, moving off the ball, setting screens, creating mismatches, passes all count as agressive offensive plays not everything is about points. Common refrain seems to be that if Lin is having a good scoring game then he is being agressive & if he isn't then he is being passive makes little sense. A lot more to the NBA than scoring (ask Mark Cuban) Also, teams defend Lin & harden way differently than they do anybody else on this roster (other NBA players have attested to that) so all of these opportunities you speak of where Lin can drive ring very hollow to me. Agree to disagree though. It isn't an excuse those are facts. The Jazz are a poor defensive team & are terrible at defending spot ups. I probably know how to defend 3's better than they do. You saw the game tonight did the Jazz look interested in winning? Anyway you don't need to count anything.
Of course there are true LOFs just like there are LOHs, I have never said there are no LOFs, I said ppl easily label someone a LOF even if that person is not. And YES there are LOHs, which many have acknowledged including long time members as mentioned before in another posts. If you are not aware of any then you are ignorant, so don't ask me if I understand, when again you are IGNORANT. Understand?
