I'm surprised nobody has mentioned how Jeremy's crew cut hair style is a joke.
    I certainly think so.
I think if he grows it out and braids it into corn rows, he'll get so much more respect.

Lin fans want Lin to be the primary ball handler, the problem is while that is his strenght he is not good enough to be put in that situation when you have a superstar beast like James Harden on your team. Lin needs to play with the ball on his hand like if he were a superstar but the problem is he does not have superstar talent.

I know he is a long-time Rockets fan, but he became a LOH because lin did not play at star level. If you say he is not a LOH, then Nobody is. All his posts are bashing lin, so it is all lin's fault, nobody else? Lin did have a few good games, where is he hiding then? Haters gonna hate.

Looks like McHale is FINALLY having Lin primarily run the offense and Harden primarily play off the ball. This started 2 games ago against NO and we have won both games. If McHale keeps playing them this way I think it would be enlightening to keep tracks of Lin's stats since the NO game until the end of the season. I would bet they'll be a lot better than before the NO game and may actually convince a few people he's a good PG. More importantly the TEAM's record will be a LOT better than the 22-22 before the change was made.

The solution would be for him to come off the bench and be a 6th man. Not necessarily for the Rockets.

I think he would be very good in this role.

Lets wait and see. I guess both coaches dont trust him, benched him even he played well though lin fans know he usually playes well in the fourth quarter. They let him play his role out of pressure.

sounds like you rather have a losing team with superior beast like James Harden doing everything from pg to c by himself. if this is the case, i have to admit you're absolutely right.

No I would rather have a real PG. Its so sad there is so many good ones in the NBA and were stuck with sorry ass Lin.

In my opinion he's a Rockets fan so caught up in his hatred for Lin he might as well live for the sake of hating on Lin now, which to me qualifies as a LOH.

And if he wants people to stop thinking he's a LOH he better think long and hard about the quality of his posts.

Uh, 25+ teams have their PG's as the primary ball handler.

Primary ball handler is NOT the same as #1 offensive option.

By that logic you would have Carmelo Anthony or Amare Stoudemire be the primary ball handlers for the Knicks.

Nobody is arguing that Harden is the star, should get the most touches, should take the most shots and should be the #1 scoring option.

The argument is how often should the offense be initiated by Lin, and the last 2 games where he was initiating the offense the bulk of the time he was on the floor it wasn't like the team imploded.

In fact, it was the opposite. The team WON.

Personally, I think it's simple. Calvin Murphy said it best... clearly define the Roles and let Lin and Harden play their natural positions. In the end you'll have better results.

+1, sigh, some fans just don't have that common basketball sense.
No one is above the team, not Harden, not even LBJ. This is all about
having a well balanced team which means heavily ISOed offense will take this team to nowhere. That 8 second holding the ball Harden basketball is painful to watch, it should be limited to a few for each game, not for every trip down there. Harden's strength is all about transition game. His half court game is still years away from being elite. If he doesn't get the call, it always is a long night for him and Rockets as well.

Umm so when Lin is not a rocket? Will you watch the rockets games and root for them all the time and everygame? Question to people who say there is no such thing as LoFs and rockets fans

i find some fans more and more annoying. their main argument is lin is not a star player but hello, lin get's paid $8m a year ($5m actual this year), not exactly a super star pay in today's NBA.

another way of looking at this: nobody has issue with asik's contract - Although asik had quite a few pissing poor games, i'd still say he has lived up to his contract. Now, Asik is not a star player.

lin's success so far is like a feel-good movie. a lot of casual fans are drawn to the story as an inspiration for their own life. they are not the most knowledgeable basketball or rockets fans but i understand that and i like their enthusiasm

while at the same time, i also sensed some fans here do not like feel-good movies, they may appreciate tragedy more, just like many people who felt empowered when mocking successful people

I'm 100% sure most of you will leave and go to another team w/ Lin. Just like the Knicks.

Spot on. I don't care about LOF vs WhatOthers as long as they are not getting out of control. But I do care what is the best for the team. No IOS all the time.

Players playing their defined roles? What a concept.

Please stop making so much sense. If I argued like you in my marriage, my wife would have divorced me. She stays 'cause she wins. I win 'cause she stays.

Just ignore him dude.. your logic is wasted on the troll. I'm sure the criticism of lin ( some of it is well deserved) started out as legitimate discussion but Its pretty much turned in to just trolls trolling each other over and over again.
