We lost by 3 points. Of course it has to be the 3 points that Lin didn't make because the airball sticks out like a sore thumb. This is a dumb thread with an agenda.
The ball had the strangest (barely any) spin on it considering where he shot it from. But I'm not complaining about that shot. He was open, and he took it. As far as I'm concerned he did the right thing. It's the fact that he stops playing when we need a basket. Dumping the ball to Harden is not the best option.
Dude, you need to get you **** together. Management didn't dump them for Lin. They didn't even think they'd get him, Lin was an emergency signing for losing them. Get a clue.
i don't think any sane person expects nash like numbers, or linsanity all over again. just wish his shooting not be so embarrassing, that's all
You are a joke. Wtf are you talking about. Are you blind to not notice it's a team defeat? Harden missed the final shot and he has the worst 3pt percentage today. Check facts before starting a thread!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Arguing for some details and semantics is meaningless. The fact is, Lin has disappointed so far, especially today. Dragic and Lowry both played much better. Heck, Jeremy Lin played much much better before.
exactly. No team in their right mind would ever pay him 8 million a year. Being in New York, in a run and gun system, and being Asian helped him get this deal. Ive always hated Floyd Mayweather, but agreed with him when he said that. There was nothing wrong with what he said. It was the truth
Jeremy Lin wasn't scouted before. Not to mention Lin was surrounded by shooters. Easy to play well when everyone doesn't guard you.
Lin can be the play-maker if he decides to be aggressive. Many times he has the ball in his hands and instead of attacking or making something happen he passes the ball back to Harden to bail him out, so that's on him. However, I don't blame this loss on him. Air-balling a wide open 3 doesn't look good and he is playing like an average point guard to date instead of what his contract warrants, but this loss is on the coach. Should have left Asik in who was protecting the rim and beasting on the boards. As soon as he sits there were easy buckets at the rim and dunks. Leaving Asik on the bench during the 4th quarter and going small played right into the Heat's hands b/c they are the best small ball team. Making one stop or securing one rebound would have won the game for the Rockets.
When the coach tells you to hand over the ball, you hand over the ball. This is not difficult to comprehend.
I thought Lin was worth MLE. Teams were probably willing to pay him that much, until Morey poison pilled the Knicks.
<br> The thing all of you need to understand is that there is no agenda. We can all clearly see how poorly Lin is playing. There's no secret conspiracy to hurt poor lil Jeremy's feelings He's playing like ****. And he's being paid 25 mil for it. Now that's Linsanity
Stop hating on Jeremy Lin. He's a good person, a talented athlete, and a hard worker. He missed a shot so what. He's still getting his knees under him
You've been posting in this thread since the early pages so I have to say you're dumb and you can't read to see that isn't so.
